Premier Inn itself was great, but the Beefeater had some service hiccups. Overall a pleasant stay.
Room was exactly as expected. A little on the warm side, but comfortable.
Premier Inn staff were helpful and friendly. The Beefeater staff were a little less attentive.
Lovely location with a nice walk in the country park next door.
Breakfast at the Beefeater had one issue, but they corrected it promptly. Overall okay.
Clean and well-maintained. Everything worked as expected.

Great location near the marina and country park. Friendly staff and good breakfast. A few things need updating.
Room was comfortable, but needs updating. The bath was stained, and it was very warm, needing air-con.

Enjoyed my stay, breakfast was good. Room was spacious and comfy. A few minor cleaning issues, but overall positive.
Spacious room with comfy bed. One towel had a hole and a few cobwebs, but generally clean.
Friendly staff and good service. The towel issue was a minor disappointment.
